Live support
The fastest way to reach a human is the live chat widget in the bottom-right corner of every Skincash page. Our support team is online 24/7 and the average response time is under 5 minutes.
What to include
- Your Skincash username (or SteamID64).
- The transaction ID or giveaway ID, if the issue relates to a specific event.
- A clear description of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots, if you have them — especially for mismatched verification codes or suspicious trade offers.
Impersonation is common
If anyone contacts you on Discord, Telegram, or via Steam claiming to be Skincash support, check their profile against the official handle on our homepage footer. Real support never initiates DMs — you open a chat, we respond to it.
