Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SkinCash. By accessing or using the SkinCash website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

Definitions
Nature of the Service
SkinCash operates as: (a) a direct buyer of in-game items from users (instant sell model), and (b) a marketplace where users can purchase in-game items from SkinCash inventory.
SkinCash is NOT a peer-to-peer marketplace.
All items sold to SkinCash become the property of SkinCash.
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Steam account
- Comply with all applicable laws
SkinCash may restrict access based on jurisdiction.
Account & Security
You access the Service via Steam OpenID. You are fully responsible for:
- Your Steam account security
- API key safety
- Trade confirmations
SkinCash is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, phishing, or API abuse.
Selling Items (Instant Sell)
Users may sell in-game items directly to SkinCash.
A transaction is completed when the Steam trade offer is accepted and the item is transferred to SkinCash.
Once completed, the transaction is final. Ownership transfers to SkinCash. No reversal is possible.
Marketplace (Item Purchases)
SkinCash provides a marketplace where users can purchase items from SkinCash inventory. Delivery is made via Steam trade offers.
User acknowledges that delivery may not be instant and delays may occur due to Steam or technical issues.
A purchase is considered complete when the item is delivered via Steam trade. If delivery fails due to a technical issue, SkinCash may retry delivery or issue compensation.
All successful deliveries are final and non-refundable.
Pricing
Prices are dynamically determined based on market conditions, liquidity, and risk factors.
- SkinCash reserves the right to change prices at any time
- SkinCash may cancel transactions in case of pricing error
Payments & Balance
Users may receive cryptocurrency payouts or SkinCash balance.
- Balance has no monetary legal status
- Balance is non-transferable
- Balance cannot be withdrawn unless permitted
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
- User is responsible for wallet address accuracy
KYC & AML
SkinCash may request identity verification, proof of address, or source of funds. Accounts may be suspended, limited, or closed for compliance or risk reasons.
Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Use stolen items
- Exploit system vulnerabilities
- Manipulate pricing
- Use multiple accounts
Violations may result in account suspension, asset confiscation, or legal action.
Third-Party Services
SkinCash relies on Steam (Valve Corporation) and blockchain networks.
- SkinCash is not responsible for trade holds, Steam downtime, or third-party failures
- SkinCash is not affiliated with Valve Corporation
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". SkinCash shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party failures.
Account Termination
SkinCash may suspend accounts, cancel transactions, or refuse service at its sole discretion.
Force Majeure
SkinCash is not liable for failures caused by technical outages, cyber attacks, infrastructure issues, or government actions.
Changes to Terms
SkinCash may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
