What is Skincash Trade?

Trade is the Skincash feature that lets you exchange your CS2 skins directly for other skins from our platform inventory. Instead of selling your skin for cash and then buying another one on the Market, Trade combines both steps into a single Steam offer. The price difference — if any — is automatically settled from your Trade Balance.

When Trade is the right choice

• You already own a skin you like less than something in our inventory — swap it.
• You want to upgrade a low-tier skin to a knife or gloves without cashing out first.
• You want a one-click experience that handles both legs of an upgrade.
• You care about float, pattern or stickers and want to see the exact item before confirming.

What makes it different from the Market

The Market is buy-only — you spend cash balance. Trade is skin-for-skin — you give one item and receive another, settling the delta from your Trade Balance. For a pure purchase use the Market; for an upgrade or side-grade use Trade.
