Receiving your purchase

After you confirm an order, the Skincash bot holding the items sends a Steam trade offer to your Trade URL. The trade contains every item in the order and no items from your side.

Accepting the trade

Open Steam, find the incoming offer, and accept it. If you have the Steam mobile authenticator enabled (strongly recommended) you'll need to confirm on mobile — trades normally arrive in your Available inventory within seconds.

If the offer expires

Trade offers expire after Steam's standard window. If you miss yours, contact support through the chat widget in the bottom-right and we'll resend it from the same bot.
